FORGIVENESS AT WORK

Stories of the Power, Possibility, and Practice of Forgiveness in the Workplace

By Welch PhD., Deborah (Author)

We all experience difficult times at work. It may be a job loss, a betrayal from a colleague, a challenging political situation, witnessing incivility, or even loss of a needed sale. This book is inspired by stories I gathered to help friends, coaching clients and myself when facing the inevitable difficult moments. Often we underestimate what forgiveness can do, or don’t think of it when we need it most. Stories of forgiveness can help us see our own possibilities and a deeper truth. I have found that we rarely talk about forgiveness at work, but learning to forgive, or enhance our forgiveness practices can make all the difference to find fulfillment in our work. These stories may provide an opportunity to take your forgiveness practices up a level, be a part of a more positive workplace culture, or just open your heart in a difficult moment
